No brand personality = low or no sales

“A brand is a person’s gut feeling about a product or service…” Marty Neumeier

Customers cannot connect with a product or service. They connect with the product’s or brand’s personality. Brand personality can create feelings in your customer, the customer forms an emotional attachment and responds accordingly.

To create a brand personality start with: What do I offer my customers? Beyond the practical use. What about my product or service that only my brand offers? And what do I value about this offer? What does my customer value?

When you answer these questions, you will begin to create a personality that can create a positive, gut feeling about your product or service, the kind that translates into engagement and sales.

Need a sounding board for your brand personality?  I would love to hear your thoughts.
